Welcome! I offer Psycho-Educational Courses, Mindfulness Programs and Coaching in a variety of ways to individuals, families, couples, and groups. I studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn through the UMASS Center for Mindfulness . I received a broad coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute and earned my ACC through the ICF. I completed Gottman Levels I & II and am a Gottman Trained educator for "Seven Principles For Making Marriage Work" and
"Bringing Baby Home" through the Gottman Institute.
I teach in-person workshops and offer my individual and couple clients the possibility to work together in person, by phone or online using a video conferencing program (like Skype or Zoom).

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an invitation to lean into your life as it is right now. We know from a growing body of research that regular mindfulness practice helps to lower our stress levels, decreases rumination, boosts working memory and increases focus. Individuals who regularly practice mindfulness report feeling more satisfied with life, their relationships and are less emotionally reactive. Studies show that we are actually happier when we're living in the present moment.
The Seven Principles Couples Program is a one day, educational workshop based on the work of Drs. John and Julie Gottman. This workshop is designed to help couples improve their friendship and conflict management skills. The Seven Principles Program includes lectures and exercises for the couple. Couples will not share their personal problems in front of others. for couples thinking about engagement, for pre-marital couples, for couples living together, and for couples who have been together or married for decades.

The Gottman Seven Principles Program is designed for all couples in a committed relationship, including:
*If you are dealing with emotional abuse, domestic violence, unwanted touch, or substance abuse, this class is not appropriate, and you should instead seek individual or couples therapy.
Available in person, by phone, or video conferencing. I offer a complimentary session to explore if mindfulness and coaching are right for you. Reduced pricing is available for those struggling with a financial hardship. Please inquire
